Sri Gurubhyo Namah!
If you are practicing yoga or gym after a long time, first few days or weeks the body aches. This is good pain. Muscles telling – I too exist. If the practitioner persists, this makes way for real strength.
The same practitioner might also experience another kind of pain – an injury, a sprain, muscle spasm. This is bad pain. If the practitioner persists the pain aggravates and becomes harmful.
Both – good pain and bad pain are teachers.
May the Grace bless us with the Wisdom to discriminate – so that we persist when we should and stop when we shouldn’t.
